Teleperformance in Malaysia is Great Place to Work®-Certified!

Today, we are proud to congratulate Teleperformance in Malaysia for being named “Great Place to Work®” by the prestigious Great Place to Work Institute®. The certification is a first for our TP family in Malaysia, attaining the recognition on their first attempt. The GPTW® Institute is the leading authority on workplace culture and has recognized workplaces from various sectors that lead the way in creating exceptional work environments for employees as well as for having a strong culture that fosters employees. To date, more than 70% of Teleperformance employees worldwide work in certified best employer operations.

Over 70% of its employees anonymously evaluated Teleperformance in Malaysia. The evaluation criteria heavily weighed on employee trust. For this recognition, Great Place to Work Institute’s CEO of Greater China and Asia Jose Bezanilla commended TP Malaysia garnering the certification on its first attempt. “Over 70% of Teleperformance’s employees in Malaysia participated in confidential surveys that assess employee trust by rating the company on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Survey responses are independently cross-validated with rigorous field audits covering everything from the quality of physical work facilities and employee amenities to corporate culture. It is particularly noteworthy that the Malaysia operation was able to attain certification in their very first attempt. This is extremely challenging to accomplish. We are very pleased to recognize Teleperformance in Malaysia as a Great Place to Work®,” Bezanilla commented.
